We are a residential property management company based in Orange County, California.

Owned and operated by two real estate brokers with over 20 years experience, OC Residential Property Management offers flexible solutions to help you lease, manage and maintain your real estate investments.

We work for individual and multi-property owners. We manage all types of residential real estate including Single Family, Townhouse, Condo, Multi-Tenant and Apartment properties.

We are competitively priced, with management fees offset by reduced vacancies, lower costs of repair, increased rents, consistent rental income, and higher tenant retention.

Aliso Viejo

Incorporated as a city in 2001, Aliso viejo is located in South Orange County near Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel and Laguna Hills. As with many of the cities in South Orange county, Aliso Viejo was once a part of a large ranch, Aliso Viejo was a part of the Moulton family ranch.

According to the most recent survey Aliso Viejo has a 37% renter population with a total population of 50,285 and 18,752 renters.

Las Flores Residential Property Management and Leasing
Dana Point

We currently management multiple condos, townhomes and single-family units in Dana Point. As would be expected, coastal units rent well with strong rental rates. In our experience there is low tenant turn-over, and rents have steadily climbed over the past several years. We see particularly strong rents near PCH and in the areas close to Dana Points town center which is currently under redevelopment.

According to the most recent survey Dana Point has a 42% renter population with a total population of 33,887 and 14,148 renters.
